Care Courses is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date information based on new research findings, licensing regulations, and safety protocols. If you’re wondering “why does my Care Course have an expiration date?” keep reading!
As a caregiver, you need to be equipped with current knowledge and use best practices when working with young children. Thus, we are constantly updating our courses and Care Courses have a 12-month expiration date.
This policy was instituted on January 1, 2020. The enrollment code for any course purchased before Jan 1, 2020 but after Jan 1, 2018 has a 24-month expiration date. All courses purchased before Jan 1, 2018 expire on January 1, 2020.
Care Courses expiration
So, all courses purchased on or after Jan 1, 2020 expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Courses that have expired cannot be submitted for credit.
But, our distance-learning courses are designed to allow you the freedom to work at your own pace. You should feel no pressure completing a course before the enrollment code expires.
CDA Credential expiration
Are you looking for information about your National CDA Credential expiration date? Our course expiration date is not the same as your CDA Credential expiration date. Read our blog on the CDA credential expiration date to learn more.
