We call our cours­es in book for­mat “Course­Books.” Care Cours­es Course­Books are about the size of a mag­a­zine and have a glossy cov­er with a full-col­or pho­to on the front.

How CourseBooks work

Care Cours­es Course­Books are shipped to you. If you choose our free stan­dard ship­ping for US and Cana­da, there’s no charge. Your books will typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 10 (15 for Cana­da) busi­ness days. We also offer pri­or­i­ty and express ship­ping options which you can choose at checkout. 

We rec­om­mend that you read through each les­son twice before you log into your online account to do each lesson’s quiz. 

Enrollment codes

Use your enroll­ment code (read more about where you can find your enroll­ment code here) to acti­vate the online com­po­nent of your Course­Book in the My Cours­es area of your Care Cours­es account. Every course comes with an enroll­ment code that acti­vates the online of com­po­nent of the course. The online com­po­nent can be done on a smart­phone, tablet, lap­top, or computer.

Quizzes and other assessments

When you’ve answered all the ques­tions for all of your course’s assess­ments (quizzes and writ­ten assign­ments) online, you will be able to sub­mit your course for grading. 

You must score 70% or high­er on each les­son in order to pass the course. When you suc­cess­ful­ly com­plete all lessons and sub­mit your course, your cer­tifi­cate will be avail­able in your online account. If you score low­er than 70% in any of the lessons your course will go into “redo” sta­tus. After that, you will have a sec­ond and final chance to cor­rect your answers.
