How long does it take to get my Care Cours­es order? Whether you’ve got plen­ty of time to leisure­ly begin your Care Cours­es, or a tight dead­line and want to get start­ed fast, you want to know when your Course­Books will arrive. Here’s some more infor­ma­tion about how we process ship­ments that will help you know when to expect your books to show up in your mailbox.

Once you suc­cess­ful­ly place an order for Course­Books, we begin the process of ful­fill­ing it right away. Place your order before 3pm East­ern Time on a busi­ness day, and we will pack­age and post your order on the same day.

How fast?

Now that your order is pack­aged, the time it takes for you to receive it depends on a few vari­ables. The first of these vari­ables is the ship­ping option you choose. We offer three options for domes­tic shipping:

• Express Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 1–2 busi­ness days.
• Pri­or­i­ty Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 3–5* busi­ness days.
• Free Stan­dard Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 10–15* busi­ness days.

We offer three ship­ping options to Canada:

• Express Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 3–5 busi­ness days.
• Pri­or­i­ty Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 6–10 busi­ness days.
• Free Stan­dard Ship­ping: Course­Books typ­i­cal­ly arrive in 8–15 busi­ness days.

For all non-US/­Cana­da Ship­ping loca­tions, our Course­Books gen­er­al­ly take 4–15 busi­ness days to arrive by Air­mail Par­cel Post.

Where to?

Anoth­er effect on ship­ping tran­sit time is your loca­tion. Our office is locat­ed in North­ern Vir­ginia, so the clos­er you are to us, the less time it takes the Unit­ed States Postal Ser­vice to deliv­er your order. If you are in a true emer­gency rush to receive your Course­Books, we rec­om­mend using either our Express or Pri­or­i­ty ship­ping options, as the Post Office has a bet­ter track record with the speed of these ser­vices. Our Free Stan­dard Ship­ping option is often quite quick, but we can­not guar­an­tee any­thing faster than 10–15 busi­ness days.
