In this post I’ll discuss the ways you can use Care Courses to fulfill childcare training requirements in Michigan.

If the prospect of attending a workshop or class in your free time sounds unappealing, you might be wondering if you can use our Care Courses. Care Courses are done online or through the mail and you don’t need to attend a class anywhere.

In Michigan you may use Care Courses for:

  • Use our courses for your 16 hours of annual training if you’re in a childcare center, family child care, or group child care.
  • Use our courses to get your National CDA credential training requirement.
  • Use our courses to renew your CDA.

In Michigan you may not use Care Courses for:

  • You may not use our courses for CEUs to become a director or a teacher.

If you are not a child care provider, can Care Courses do anything for you?

If you are a foster parent in Michigan you may use our courses for your six hour annual training requirement. Speak with your agency licensor to have the topic/title approved.
